The colony had grown, its population swelling with Builders and humans. Captain Elena Vasquez stood on the observation deck, watching the stars. The Odyssey had made many voyages, but this was its last.
"Command, this is Vasquez. The colony is self-sufficient."
"Copy, Vasquez. Good work."
The Builder leader appeared beside her. "We have found a new planet. Earth-like. Uninhabited."
"Then let's go," Elena said.
The Odyssey launched, carrying settlers and supplies. The new planet was beautiful—blue oceans, green forests, white clouds.
"Welcome home," Elena said.
